Working directly with the Talent and Payroll functions the Applications Analyst II will; review, analyze, and evaluate user needs and the related systems for Talent and Payroll systems. Under the supervision of the Director, this role will be directly responsible for assisting in the design of systems to parallel overall business strategies. The Applications Analyst II acts as an internal expert in terms of system capabilities, and is also responsible for being the subject matter expert for all changes to the base systems. This position will also assist with: documenting functional and technical requirements, mapping process flows, documenting test plans, conducting system testing, documenting user manuals and administering training. The Applications Analyst II will serve as the company's subject matter expert for the Kronos Payroll system, Advanced scheduling, Kronos redesign, and ticket support for both the HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems.
