OVERVIEW

We need both Front End and Back End developers to round out our agile team. Cancer Treatment Centers of America is seeking a creative and technically skilled developer for our web application portals team. Working within multiple environments, the Developer will be responsible for the design and development of these solutions to fulfill the overall business strategies. You will act as the internal expert of system capabilities, solution design, feature opportunities, industry trends and overall design. As a Developer at Cancer Treatment Centers of America you will be working with Business Analysts, Clinical Analysts, Integration Developers, Architecture and Quality Assurance staff across the IT department to keep the portals aligned and integrated with key clinical and consumer systems. You will help to constantly energize the Strategic Portal Steering Group with new ideas and opportunities to expand on Portal features that deliver value to patients and brand differentiation to CTCA. In this unique position you will be an essential part of a small development team that has abundant opportunity to interface with Chief Nursing Officers, Marketing staff, the Web Development team and of course patients and physician users of the solutions.The ideal candidate has cradle to grave experience building custom web applications, HL7 interfaces, browser and mobile deliveries and understanding of e-commerce. A strong plus would also be experience developing native mobile and tablet (iOS) applications.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate will not have direct reports, but may have technical leadership responsibility
• Candidate will work under minimal supervision, with guidance from senior staff
• Candidate will provide production support
• Enjoys working in a team environment
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Good communication/documentation skills

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• For both Front- and Back-End Developers:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration;
• a Graduate Degree is preferred.
• Design, develop, enhance, debug, document and support one or more applications
• Strong debugging and diagnostic skills Experience providing production support
• Proficient with unit test development Solid software analysis and design skills TFS - Team Foundation ServerFront-End:
• 7+ years JavaScript skills, jQuery, CSS 3, HTML 5
• At least 4 years of experience building C#/.NET web applications
• Design/development experience with supporting multiple browsers and devicesMVC 4 experience required
• Continuous Integration (TFS) Must be familiar with queries, stored procedures
• 3-5 years MS SQL Server experience a plus
• Strong OO/C# conceptual understanding Back-End:
• 7+ years C#/.NET experience
• 3-5 years MS SQL Server experience
• Must be familiar with queries, stored procedures Strong OO/C# skillsXML, JSON, SOAP skills System design experience
• Experience with web services and integration required - WCF experience a plus
