Start your story at CTCA as a Clinical Analyst As a Clinical Analyst you will be directly responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating end user needs as they relate to applicable systems. The role is responsible for the configuration and maintenance of systems to parallel overall business strategies. You will be serving as an internal resource and subject matter expert in terms of system capabilities, and will also be responsible for assisting with upgrades and changes to the base systems. You will be directly working with internal customers to understand their system requirements, while mapping process models and assisting with the design of technical solutions to satisfy requirements. Working with both external vendors, and the Systems Architect you will be ensuring current advanced knowledge on product features for the purpose of supporting the strategic alignment of products in line with overarching enterprise strategy. You will also be responsible for providing educating all internal end-users on available system functionality. Technically you will be responsible for independent application configuration, while monitoring system configuration effectiveness and making recommendations for changes as needed. The Clinical Analyst II also uses prescribed department change management processes to report anomalies, errors, inaccuracies or inefficiencies. Communicates and collaborates with internal and external customer base promoting a transparent work environment for all IT initiatives.
