Start your story at CTCA as an Enterprise CRM Architect

As an Enterprise CRM Architect you will have overall responsibility for the platform roadmap, technical architecture, implementation design and development of all Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions at CTCA.

Interacting within and across multiple IT, Growth, and Patient Empowerment departments you will develop a comprehensive understanding of CTCA's business needs for customer relationship management tools. Leveraging your deep understanding of Microsoft's Dynamics CRM and related offerings you will proactively research and recommend alternative approaches and designs to IT and business leadership teams.

Working closely with IT Solutions Directors, development and functional teams you will lead the team that plan

As a member of the CTCA Architecture Review Board you will serve as the promoter of the architectural vision, strategy, standards, and principles to internal staff, customers, industry analysts, and throughout their peer groups.

Driven by your deep passion for Information Technology excellence you will work closely with solution delivery and functional teams to plan and implement the technical CRM Architecture, including both short and long term strategies for retiring or consolidating legacy systems, integrating existing systems and new systems.

In this role you can expect to work in a fast paced and agile environment that will leverage your ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them to real world opportunities.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience (7+ years) system development life cycle methodologies; specifically the Microsoft CRM system development life cycle methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on knowledge of Microsoft's Dynamics CRM and related offerings: Microsoft .Net, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft SQL Server, Reporting Services and Analysis Services, Microsoft Dynamics-specific development environments, and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, Master's preferred.
