Gynecologic oncology
Hematologic oncology
Infusion
Interventional pulmonology
Interventional radiology
Interventional pain management
Laboratory medicine
Medical oncology
Nursing
Precision Medicine
Radiation oncology
Radiology and imaging
Skin, wound and ostomy care
Surgical oncology
Tobacco cessation
50 bed inpatient unit with ICU
SCOPE OF PRACTICE
Evaluate patients in the outpatient urgent care setting and manage acute issues including:
Side effects related to oncology treatment.
Nausea with vomiting
Weakness
Diarrhea
Dehydration
Abdominal and epigastric pain
Shortness of breath
Pleural effusion
Acute bronchitis
Dizziness and giddiness
Gastrostomy complications
Perform Procedures Including:
Thoracentesis
Paracentesis
Intubation
Coordinate appropriate admissions to:
Hospitalist
Intensivist
Surgeon
SCHEDULE
One to five twelve-hour shifts per month
Salary range: $175.00-$200.00 / hour
The estimated pay scale represents the typical [salary/hourly] range City of Hope reasonably expects to pay for this position, with offers determined based on several factors which may include, but not be limited to, the candidate’s experience, expertise, job scope, internal equity, geography/market, etc
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Foreign Equivalent
Board eligible or board certified in emergency medicine (ABEM ABOEM)
Georgia Medical License
