The Patient Advocate is the non-clinical liaison between the patient and the hospital non-clinically or at large. Demonstrate the concern and responsiveness of the hospital in meeting the needs of patients by following through on patient requests or complaints with the appropriate personnel and/or departments to assist in improving service. To serve as the reflection of the CTCA Brand Culture and to work with resolve to drive a positive and exceptional patient experience at Western


  • Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • Minimum two years of experience Healthcare or customer service related field 
  • Patient Advocate experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
  • Strong communication skills enabling incumbent to interact successfully with patients, guests, staff and others
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft office products
  • Proficiency in Feedback Monitor Pro preferred
