Patient Loyalty Specialist

FT; Mon - Fri; 8:00a - 5:00p

Job Overview

The Loyalty Specialist is responsible to maintain membership base for the regional Cancer Fighters Program at CTCA and within key markets to engage and refer patients to CTCA. The Specialist implements national programs at a regional level that will capture interest, provide value and foster loyalty. This position is responsible to implement national strategy, meet key performance indicators and drive excitement about the CTCA experience amongst regional Cancer Fighters and will contribute to the improvement of overall patient satisfaction scores and patient referrals in every way possible.

Skills, Education and Additional Information ?

  • BS/BA in marketing, public relations, journalism, communications or related field
  • 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and analytical skills
  • Extremely strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to assist and lead projects and events as assigned by management
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to travel 25 percent of time
  • Ability to work evenings and weekend events as assigned; On average 10 events per year
  • Proven track record of success and desire to grow and assume greater responsibility
  • Results oriented
  • Must be able to execute assignments in a timely manner and works well independently
  • Ability to work as part of a team to achieve common goals
  • Ability to think creatively and perform quickly
  • Proactive and organized
