Job Description:

This position is responsible for the development, quality and effectiveness of the data entering, and the analytics resulting from clinical data sets.   Will work directly with biopharmaceutical partners to understand RWE research needs and how internal data can be leveraged to meet those needs.  Will work directly with a team of Oncology Clinical Data Abstractors to ensure high quality data is abstracted into the clinical data sets to meet the internal and external needs of the clients.  Will work with statistician and HEOR specialist to perform required analytics and reporting to meet project deliverables.

Job Accountabilities

  • Engages with external clients to understand RWE data needs and internal capabilities to deliver on projects.
  • Serve as expert on data flow, structure, availability, schemas, and clinical abstraction requirements
  • Works with VP of Business Development to ascertain needs and goals of clients
  • Works with a team of Clinical Oncology Data Abstractors
  • Works with internal HEOR team to drive high quality analytics. Performing analyses as needed and learning new advanced techniques
  • Day to Day meetings, communications and internal team interactions.

Required Education, Experience, and Knowledge

  • Minimum of a BS/BA health sciences or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of analytics experience
  • Minimum of knowledge oncology terms and medical data research
  • Demonstrated data analytic capabilities
  • Availability for off hours coverage and occasional travel
  • Statistical analytic capabilities preferred
  • Oncology experience
  • Analytic knowledge and skills
  • Leadership abilities
  • Strong communication skills
