Job Description:


Serve as a business partner to assigned business leaders to understand key business strategies, deliverables and issues and the relationship that key talent objectives play in achieving outcomes. Assess, evaluate and fully understand the human capital and talent requirements of the organization. Provide forward-looking counsel to business leaders, in accordance with their business needs related to talent and workforce priorities. Consult with business leaders to diagnose and analyze current and future talent needs, human capital challenges and priorities, and identify and advise on appropriate solutions. Manage the assessment of issues, implementation of programs and evaluation of outcomes.


Operational Talent Support

  • Provide strategic Talent counsel to leadership in the areas of workforce planning and development, organizational development and performance, rewards and recognition, staffing, change management, employment practices, employee relations, performance management, talent pipeline, and diversity.  Understand key business issues and their connectivity to broader Talent initiatives and outcomes. Act as liaison between business leaders. Collaborate with other Talent resources for support on resolving customer’s needs. Analyze data from Talent systems to support business decisions.

Regulatory Oversight

  • Serve as the department resources for ensuring the hospital is in compliance with regulatory standards (The Joint Commission, Magnet, etc.) and is consistently survey ready.

Organizational Program and Initiative Administration

  • Accountable for administration of programs and initiatives than span the majority of the organization. Such programs and initiatives include annual performance evaluation cycle, open enrollment, annual merit cycle, mid-year reviews, Stakeholder Engagement Survey and others as needed,

Talent Analytics

  • Responsible for leveraging organizational systems, people and resources to acquire data and generate insight to support business decisions. Accountable for developing and (from time to time) maintaining dashboards that provide ongoing feedback on the performance of talent sub-functions.


Experience: 5 years progressive experience in Human Resources or operations

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Personnel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
